No matter how hard you work to identify and prevent problems, unless you move to the peaks of the Himalayas, you’re going to have some stuff to deal with. Using mental switches puts you in the frame of mind to be able to do that.

It sounds like you’re creating problems yourself by trying to solve this issue instead of looking at why their is a problem in the first place
